School Song & Student Leadership

School Song

Courage Brother! Do not stumble
Though thy path be dark as night;
There's a star to guide the humble;
Trust in God, and do the right.

Let the road be rough and dreary,
And its end far out of sight,
Foot it bravely; strong or weary,
Trust in God, and do the right.

Perish policy and cunning,
Perish all that fears the light:
Whether losing, whether winning,
Trust in God, and do the right.

Some will hate thee, some will love thee,
Some will flatter, some will slight,
Cease from man, and look above thee:
Trust in God, and do the right.

Simple rule, and safest guiding,
Inward peace, and inward might,
Star upon our path abiding,
Trust in God, and do the right.

Courage brother! Do not stumble,
Though thy path be dark as night;
There's a star to guide the humble;
Trust in God, and do the right.

Student Leadership (Model United Nations)

The school hosts and participates in MUNs at the State level. Students are selected through open auditions and are trained by staff and student peers for this extremely popular and coveted activity. The school has a very strong reputation as an MUN school. These programmes are offered to Class 8 upto Class 12. The aim of the Model United Nations programme is to engage bright young minds in diplomatic processes, negotiations and UN style conferencing. Through this experience the aim is to foster global citizenship and engender in our future generations a commitment to peace and international understanding. This gives them a rare opportunity to learn about their countries and regions as well as train them in the art of lobbying and collaboration. This is a great opportunity for the future ambassadors of goodwill. Students are offered various opportunities at all key stages to participate in MUN conferences organised by different schools within Punjab.

Student Voice

We endeavour to inculcate in our Students, a spirit of engagement through Dialogue as :
a) Classmates
b) With Teachers, as their Mentors.
c) Leaving a legacy of graciousness as members of Society in the formation of forever a learner/Student as a part of Society outside the School.

The Challenge therefore of developing a disposition as a leadership voice is - to be Strong, but not rude; be kind, but not Weak; be bold, but not a Bully; be thoughtful, but not Lazy or Negligent; be humble, but not Timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have HUMOR, but without folly.
